We provide job skills training, apprenticeship programs and employment placement services to individuals who are historically challenged with seeking and retaining employment in the greater Phoenix area.
Our services are free of charge for qualified individuals.
Multicultural, professional-level assessment, and counseling to put our clients on the right path to success.
ACDC provides students and graduates with access to resources that can help them succeed while they are completing the program. In addition, all students are provided access to computers and printers.
Job Readiness Training
Job readiness and soft skills training are available to help students interview for an entry-level position in their chosen trade.
NCCER is the leader in construction training, education, workforce development and accreditation.
On-the-job paid training with the construction companies and home builders in the greater Phoenix area.
ACDC Workforce Mentors match employers' in construction with our graduates. In addition, they offer a variety of valuable services such as resume building, job readiness training, interviewing techniques, guest speakers and so much more!
Who Is Eligible?
To be eligible for tuition-free training, apprenticeship programs and job placement services, you must:
Be a resident of the United States
Reside in Phoenix area
Be able to benefit and complete the training from ACDC
Be drug free while enrolled in ACDC
Abstain from any act of violence
Be ready to work after training
The Arizona Career Development Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that aims to provide a basic nationally accredited education, technical and life skills, and apprenticeship programming with high-impact employment placement services beginning with local Arizona construction firms to meet Arizona building needs.
