The Arizona Career Development Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that aims to provide a basic nationally accredited education, technical and life skills, and apprenticeship programming with high-impact employment placement services beginning with local Arizona construction firms to meet Arizona building needs.

Who is Eligible?
To be eligible for tuition-free training, apprenticeship programs, job placement services, and career training program in Arizona, you must:
- Be a resident of the United States
- Reside in Phoenix area
- Be able to benefit and complete the training from ACDC
- Be drug free while enrolled in ACDC
- Abstain from any act of violence
- Be ready to work after training
